Returns & Exchanges

We are pleased to offer a refund or a credit note for full-priced items purchased on our website. Please review the following terms and conditions for returns:

  • Returns are only accepted for full-priced items or purchases made during a sale or promotional event.
  • A return shipping fee of $20 per item applies.
  • Items purchased from the Sale section are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at customer.service@decorug.com.au. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

Note: All return requests are subject to final approval. A $35 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be processed. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to be issued after the return is processed.

Sale Items

Items purchased from our Sale section are final and cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these products, please contact us before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customer.service@decorug.com.au. Kindly include a brief description of the issue and provide photos if possible. Our team will assess the item and will either repair, replace, or refund the item on a case-by-case basis.

In line with ACCC guidelines, we reserve the right to repair faulty items when possible. Items deemed beyond repair will be either refunded or replaced.

If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customer.service@decorug.com.au. Please include photos showing the damage.
