How long will it take to receive my order?
- Standard Processing: Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days under normal conditions.
- Sale Events & Peak Periods: Due to high order volumes, dispatch may take 7-10 business days during sales and promotions.
What do you charge for shipping?
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $50, excluding mirrors, wall art and furniture.
- Orders Under $50: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking email with your shipping details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Important Delivery Inspection and Damage Reporting Instruction
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery to ensure the merchandise is not damaged. If you encounter any issues, take the following steps:
For Concealed Loss or Damage (No Visible Damage to Packaging):
After receiving your order, promptly unpack and inspect the shipment. If you discover any concealed loss or damage, report it to customer.service@decorug.com.au immediately and request assistance within five business days of delivery. Keep the containers and packaging materials intact until we provide further instructions.
Important Notes:
- Do not sign for damaged or possibly damaged items unless the issue is noted on the delivery form.
- If you choose not to accept the merchandise due to damage, contact customer.service@decorug.com.au service immediately. We will arrange a replacement order and manage all communication with the freight company.
